Booking and hours
What hours do I get?
The hall is available from 12 PM to 3 AM.
What if the party runs late?
Overtime is billed hourly.
What is the deposit, and can I reschedule?
The security deposit is $500 and it is non-refundable. Events may be rescheduled based on availability.
How do I book a tour?
Send a tour request with the form on the contact page, or call or text 817-666-7786.
Guests and the Quinta
How many guests can the hall hold?
The hall holds up to 300 guests, with indoor and outdoor spaces.
Can we stay overnight?
Yes. The Quinta, our house on the property, has 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths and sleeps 25. With a booking it is yours from Friday 3 PM to Sunday 12 PM.
Can I rent just the house?
Yes. The Quinta and its covered patio can be used for gatherings under 75 guests, such as birthdays, family reunions and holidays. Call to book.
Vendors and house rules
Can I bring my own vendors?
Yes, outside vendors are welcome. House rule: no cooking on the property except approved catering.
Can I decorate? What about glitter or confetti?
Furniture can be rearranged with notice. Glitter and confetti are not allowed. Full decoration (linens, centerpieces, backdrops) is included in Premium and up.
Is smoking allowed?
No smoking inside.
Who pays for damage?
The client is responsible for damages.

Where are you?
We are at 6012 Huckleberry Lane, Joshua, TX 76058, a 2-acre property about 35 minutes south of Fort Worth. The contact page has a map link.
Is there parking?
Yes. Parking is free, in a gravel lot on about 1 acre, for up to 300 vehicles.
