Vaqueros Quinta & Event Center is designed to accommodate a wide range of events, including weddings, birthdays, corporate functions, and more, boasting a capacity for up to 300 guests. We are dedicated to providing a seamless and memorable experience for all our clients.

Venue Description

Vaqueros Quinta & Event Center features a spacious 3,000 sqft home with 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, providing ideal lodging for up to 25 guests. The layout is designed for comfort and relaxation, allowing families to check in early on Friday and make the most out of the event weekend. Our clients have access to the venue from 12 PM to 3 AM, with additional perks when booking the Quinta, including extended preparation and clean-up time. Notable features include country-style decor and modern amenities designed to enhance your event experience.

Amenities

We provide chairs, tables, complete decoration, cleanup services, security, lodging, a cake, bartender services, marquee letters, photography, videography, DJ services, waitstaff, and an event coordinator.

Your booking includes:

We offer ample free on-site parking on a country-style gravel lot, accommodating up to 300 vehicles.

Parking:

Vaqueros Quinta & Event Center features a spacious parking lot capable of accommodating up to 300 guests. The parking area is situated on one acre of land, offering convenient and ample space for all event attendees.

OVERTIME

Any requests for overtime will incur additional charges billed in hourly increments.

CLEANING / DAMAGES

Clients are responsible for any damages incurred during their event, and ongoing upkeep is expected.

FURNITURE

Furniture can be rearranged upon request; however, prior notice is required to ensure smooth operations.

MISCELLANEOUS

We have a strict no-smoking policy inside the venue. Clients must also refrain from using glitter, confetti, or any similar decorations that may create additional cleanup. Cooking is not permitted on premises except for approved catering services.

We require a $500 security deposit, which is non-refundable, along with all payments made to the account at the time of cancellation. Clients may reschedule events based on availability.

We adhere to strict health and safety protocols, including routine cleaning, sanitization stations throughout the venue, and the use of security cameras on the exterior of the property.
